There are a number of benefits available, including:

Child Benefit - Payable for each child up to the age of 16, or longer if in full-time non advanced education.

Working Tax Credit - Means Tested

Child Tax Credit - Means Tested and paid to the main carer of the children.

Housing Benefit - If you are living on a small income you may be able to get help with your rent, even if you do not qualify for Pension Credit or Income Support.

Council Tax Benefit - If you are living on a small income you may be able to get help with your Council Tax Benefit, even if you do not qualify for Pension Credit or Income Support.

Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit - If you have suffered an Industrial Accident or are suffering from an Industrial Disease then you may be able to claim extra benefit.
